In this episode, we dive deep into my personal journey, exploring how life has shaped me and led me to where I am today. I’m opening up about four crucial areas of my life: who I am, where I began, what's important to me, and what I’m doing about it. My goal is to bring vulnerability and transparency into our conversations so you can see that, just like you, I’m on a journey to my highest self.
Let's start with who I am. I’m a proud child of the most high—a term many know as God or Source. I am an open, trusting, and powerful woman, embracing my unique strengths and helping others do the same. I’m also a mother, a daughter, a sister, and a seasoned businesswoman with nearly 30 years of experience.
Where did I begin? I grew up in Bastrop, Louisiana, a small town where I learned resilience from the incredible women in my life: my great-great-grandmother, great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother. Each of them taught me invaluable life skills and shaped the foundation of who I am today.
From Louisiana, I ventured to Southern California, where I experienced a profound culture shock that pushed me to adapt and grow. This period of my life taught me the skill of figuring things out—something that has been essential in my entrepreneurial journey. I eventually moved to Northern California, where becoming a mother and an entrepreneur further transformed me, challenging me to dream bigger and evolve continuously.
Now, what’s important to me? My personal mission is to live boldly, big, and audaciously. This mission drives me every day and influences everything I do. My life's ministry is to empower women to evolve into their highest selves, and my business mission is to guide women on their journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and transformation.
What am I doing about it? I use my platforms and influence to support other women in their evolution. Through coaching, speaking, and training, I aim to provide the tools and inspiration you need to create a life that is truly bold, big, and bad.
